Refund Policy: Return authorization is required. Call 1-877-872-7766 for a return authorization (RA) number. 30 day return policy on any unaltered product. We will not accept products that have been worn, damaged, washed, embroidered, screen printed or altered to non-stock specs. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. There is a 25% restocking fee on all Made in USA returned items. Uncommon Thread import purchases require a 50% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
